What is your return policy?

For any undamaged, unused product send an email to let us know you plan on returning the item with it's included accessories and packaging along with the your receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product. We will happily replace the item or offer a refund to the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: [}.
If a product you receive is damaged on arrival or does not work as described please do get in touch and we will  be happy to either replace the item or refund the purchase.


Delivery is for within the UK only. This may change in the future.

If your order has not arrived within 7 days please get in touch and we will reship.
